How they tried to criminalize what was left after we were forced out of it...
Our property on Sunrise Dr, a very famous, or rather notorious after Nelson, Sager, Bigelow, Szephegyi and Moore demonized, stigmatized and kicked us out of our Home sweet home-something we never had in the [post] USSR.
We are a well respectable family that never denied help to anyone ever asking for it. We always donated to different organizations back in Massachusetts like multiple sclerosis or epilepsy NGOs, neither were our kids ever rejected any ‘basic needs’, mental or medical appointment, they always ate good food I cook and wore very decent clothes.
Then plight came where we did not expect it to - trusting a medical professional in a country ‘ where dreams come true and laws work’. Sager indoctrinated our daughter with the help of markymoo, resorted to overdrugging me to make a took to then transition our mentally unstable daughter, but receiving a point blank NO to testosterone consent, called CPS and they put us through a real ‘gas chamber’ for the past 2 years marked two days ago.
CPS are among us. They are dressed as normal human beings, they have families like you think normal human beings would, they go to work, eat, drink, and I am wondering-how do they sleep at night? to destroy so many families and how do these judges like Bigelow, or attorneys like Horan? But anyways, one may think that they are normal human beings and the system that was originally designed to protect children from real abusive parents-I do agree those exist -has grown into a fat-filled, impudent, punitive, cynical non humane roboty bulldozer that does not absolutely do its job. On the contrary, it grinds everyone be they are good or bad parents. Look at our example. We did not do anything at all-we refused to sterilize and maim our beautiful physically healthy daughter who instead of Sager’s brainwashing needed a professional mental and psychiatric help. That did not happen because the ultra liberal Biden’s administration poisoned the entire society and with wpath ‘standards of care’ doctors like Sager became financially incentivize to file as many CPS emotional abuse referrals as they possible could. And she did. And not only against us.
Anyways, we, historically having no CPS experience in our country, positive interaction with MA DCF, spoke with Nelson to the extent to see how blatant corrupt the CPS is especially when 8 police cars came to pick us one single ‘emotionally abused’ child but when we saw the predetermined Sager’s markymoo’s orchestrated ambush and betrayal documented on her unlocked computer with the phrase ‘I have an urge to either hurt myself or my parents but then they’re right on me’, horrible Tara Vista dejavued flashback making that to be a wakeup call to protect our other younger child and we let her go.
We did not have any clue what ‘predator’, ‘grooming’ trans Playbook terms are until we searched through the Discord communication, were able to reach out and get connected to the right people tell us about the wpath, Cass report and all cahooted and corrupt organizations that liberals poisoned the entire country with.
We fought unanimously from day one, never having any custody conflict or any other arguments on the eugenic cult and cult becoming a perfect bubble for the CPS to ‘harvest’ more children working as an ideal tandem with Shasta and Bigelow contributing the most detained county, as statistics shows.
But the kangaroo court proved worse - judges, CPS, all attorneys work against parents and a family as such -they are not financially interested in a foster child to go back home. The more cases they have, the richer they become. Plus California is a bread basket of Newsom and Wieners’ ‘bills’, boards and agencies refusing to investigate these and police being in ‘share’ with all medical, mental, educational and investigative institutions to simply unify in one blend of ‘foster care business’ which is Shasta - a seemingly beautifully peaceful, rough, red [?] [and conservative?] county at the very north of California bordering on Oregon one can think they can find peace in…

As updates, I am saving tons of reckless assaults made by CPS sent ‘messengers’, former I regarded friends, our ex lawyer blackmailing us and other people that can be used as pawn in experienced hands of Mandy and Horan. I will not be publishing these. Yet.
What are these people’s methods? Honesty? No. Transparency? Nope. Straight forward truth telling? Nah. Due process? Forget about it.
They never wanted to treat us as people and as human beings let alone Ukrainian legal immigrants. They never intended to work with us even despite the fact that this case should never even have existed-it is a pure money motivated fabrication by Sager, executed by Nelson and accepted at all times by Bigellow. They never wanted to settle - all they did was crushing, slandering, blackmailing, punishing, shutting us up and of course destroying us by criminalizing us. How? All sorts of instruments were used: from day 1 they have been sweating hard to prove Nelson’s narrative that we are aggressive and more, physically aggressive: Nelson was circling dad back and forth on the porch trying to provoke physical aggression. Did not work. At visitations, Shannon Anderson tried to do the same. Didn’t work either. At the Jan 8, 2025, Babcock and Szephegyi orchestrated our daughter’s ‘dysregulation’ and brought two security guards. Didn’t work again. The caseworker kept trying and trying. Didn’t work at all. So they had our daughter file forged DV 100s and then refile JV 245-domestic violence restraining orders along with the emancipation petition where our daughter does perjury - she lies that there had been physical aggression on our end, whereas she testified in May 2025- that is 4 months ago- there hadn’t. It was a wakeup call for us to take our younger son and flee California. It was not safe to stay with Bigelow ‘suddenly take a few days off’ during the week of us going to to the court clerks windows to keep inquiring about the actual written Home Maintenance with CPS oversight ruling in writing that there was not with Szepgegyi 'hastily pushing its implementation during the same week. We found out about the DVs out of the blue right on the spot, at the court cleark’s. We could not waste any more time - because they can and police working with them-they could throw us in jail and take our son any minute. We received those threats both from our former attorneys, our daughter’s school principal Dougherty and the CLC and CPS law firm Prentice&Long, Margaret Allen Long’s SC supervisors’ wife. You cannot make this up.
So they could not use us as pawns for their retaliation, our daughter is already their pawn but they are in no position to use her anymore than they have already with Molly rubberstamping all ‘pearls’ CPS tosses to her. What is left is our property with the Shed.
We put our home on the market after we left CA. The sale was sabotaged. We tried to rent it. Here comes a good part. Just read and watch the links. An Unauthorized Project X-Style Party on Our Property — and the Questions It Raises
On May 16, 2026, around 4 PM, a group of about 70 teenagers and young adults attempted an unauthorized Project X-style party on our private property on Sunrise Drive in Redding. The event was shut down at 9:41 PM after the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office and property management stepped in.

The officers did not verify or collect IDs from anyone present and have not contacted us—the property owners—about the incident or any investigation as of May 27, 2026.
This took place while we have an active federal civil rights lawsuit against Shasta County Health and Human Services, CPS, and related officials. The group appeared well-organized and showed clear intent to damage the house.
We provided CCTV screenshots of every face to all Shasta County schools. Several schools confirmed their students were there.
Under California law, we are allowed to publish photos from our private CCTV showing the activity on our property.
To prevent speculation: We did not authorize or know about the party. No family members were nearby or involved. No relatives participated. We do not know any of the individuals on the footage. We have never had issues with law enforcement. The property is not a farm.

We received tons of helpful info from locals, one of the girls from the party contacted my on Instagram with scared pleas to remove the fact that it was all documented and immediately she blocked me. We kept all feedback and will use it.

Jared Foster wrote a police report full of lies, slandering me and we now we are suing him. He immediately scheduled a forensic at…the Children’s Legacy Center the following day our daughter was taken:
