'Squeaky Clean'
How Lawyers, DOJ and Judges Muzzle Parents
We trusted our lawyers more than ourselves. We came to this country ‘where laws work' and there is no discrimination, as they said and never thought that your own lawyer/s could work with the opposing party. Against a parent. We refused to believe it. Alas.
In dependency court, public defenders -and we did not know about it for a few months because nobody told us! we were alone! - handle around 180 cases and hardly ever respond to parent clients.
When we started joining CPS support groups for parents, it was disturbing to see some posts where parents say that [court appointed] defenders are ‘part of the system’.
But we still believed they were working in our best interests. Until more and more disturbing bells were ringing: we saw there is no due process, no Constitution present at this judge’s courtroom, parents are kept muzzled for 6 months minimum till they are able to open up their mouth yet a lawyer ‘prepps’ a client to say what the lawyer wants. The peak was reached when we, seeing all that absence of laws but ‘concepts’ ruling in the court, went on social media and started to post to raise awareness about what the organized criminal cartel Shasta county CPS has been lawlessly and impudently doing with parents, to unite with more parent victims and to respond since judge Bigelow, CPS and our own lawyers were shutting us up.
They started showing their teeth in a very unprofessional way: blackmailing us, threatening us and literally yelling at us - we saved every word, every text and every email. We fired them, now they are retaliating through other people and organizations.
I wrote about how bound their hands are by the system, but this is not the first time I hear about a lawyer forcing a client commit a perjury, take down social media posts, ‘keep quiet’ [DOJ], and come out ‘clean’ - so that ‘your case is taken into a federal court’, ‘ you get to testify in Congress or White House’, or/and ‘your story gets out there’. In other words you must be ‘squeaky clean’. Squeaky clean and must be ‘sanitized’ before you do.
When I met Kelly J Walker, got interviewed by him two days ago, and he told me his own experience with Department of Justice and Todd Blanche, a terrible dejavu swept in front of my of own self - now all pieces of puzzle came together and all i-s were dotted. There is no justice neither in the Justice Department, nor in the ‘child predators’ services,’ the family court where everyone works with everyone and a friend becomes a foe. I will leave it like that for now - there is so much more to share.
